It's a great value, and the office staff is excellent. No, you're not going to get the latest flat stovetop, or a jaccuzi tub, but for a no-frills apartment this place is great! My only complaints have been with the maintenance team. They like to sort of "fix" things rather than doing the actual repairs you ask for, and I'm still waiting for some little things I listed on my move-in sheet like bathroom and kitchen fan motors. The location is beautiful. I have a family of ducks that lives right off my patio, and my boyfriend and I love walking along the lake. I'm really glad I found this place.
